HPA Tigers Working Towards An Undefeated Season

 In FrayserCS, Humes

It’s been more than eight years since HPA has had a football team to compete across the city. This year the newly formed team isn’t just the first in years to play, they’re also making headlines with a 4-0 record.

“The kids are really excited,” HPA’s head football coach, Chaz Wiseman said. “So far the season has been good and the kids know that they’re a part of making history.”

So far, the HPA Tigers have competed against Westside Middle School, Booker T. Washington, and Treadwell Middle School.

“We are a work in progress,” Coach Wiseman said about the new team. “But I’m proud of the progress we’re making.”

The Tigers will play their next game against Bellevue, Sept. 13.
