Frayser Community Schools Releases 2021-22 School Reopening Plan
The last year has been like none other, as the COVID-19 pandemic changed the way we have been able to conduct school. As we prepare for the upcoming school year, we are excited to greet our students face-to-face as we revert back to a full in-person model.
While there has been some improvement in the spread of COVID-19 across the state and here in Shelby County, the virus still exists. As a result, there are still precautions that must take place to ensure the safety of our students, faculty, and staff. This document serves as Frayser Community Schools’ plan for reopening for the 2021-22 school year.
Our team has worked with the Shelby County Health Department (SCHD), along with guidance from the Tennessee Department of Health and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to develop a thorough plan that will allow us to provide a high-quality education for our students, while putting their safety and wellbeing at the forefront.

Please note that plans are subject to change as guidelines from local health officials and the CDC are updated.
