Humes Middle School recognizes students with honors awards

Humes Middle School students received special recognition after a successful first quarter.

Students in grades 6th, 7th, and 8th worked hard during the first 9-weeks to show improvement in their grades, conduct, and attendance.

They experienced the payoff from their hard work when the spotlight shone on their achievements during an honors award program.

Thirty-four Humes students received citizenship awards while 43 students were awarded for making the honor roll.

The awards didn’t end there.

Ten students were awarded for their high academic achievements after making the principal’s list for the first 9-weeks.

Congratulations Humes Tigers!
