Leadership Memphis honors Dr. White with prestigious award

Since Frayser Community Schools’ creation, the daily goal has been to empower FCS students and our community members to be the change they desire to see not only in the city of Memphis but in the world.

Dr. Bobby White’s efforts to create change are being recognized by Leadership Memphis with the prestigious Change Makers award.

Dr. White is one of ten leaders who will be honored on March 11.

“It’s an honor to be recognized with the giants of leadership in our city as a result of having the opportunity to serve the families in our Frayser community and the greater Memphis community,” said Dr. White.

According to Leadership Memphis, Change Makers are rare and unique forces of positive change.

“Leadership Memphis is honored to be able to recognize some of the leaders that have made a tremendous difference in our city. Our award winners, along with this year’s Change Makers, exemplify our organization’s mission of making a lasting, positive impact on Memphis for the good of all communities,” said Reggie Crenshaw, President and CEO of Leadership Memphis.
